NEW CLIENTS
Introductory packages are valid for a single use only. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your first class. First-time visitors will not be permitted to join once class has begun.

GRIP SOCKS
For both hygiene and safety, grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes.

LATE ENTRY
Returning clients may not join class after the first 10 minutes for safety reasons—no exceptions. After 5 minutes, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist.

WAITLIST
Joining the waitlist means you are committing to class. If a space becomes available, you will automatically be added up to one hour prior to class start time. If you are placed into class and fail to attend, the session will be deducted from your package.

LATE CANCEL & NO SHOWS
Because of our limited class sizes, sessions canceled less than 12 hours before start time—or no-shows—will be charged from your package. Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will return the class credit to your account.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
Classes included in monthly memberships do not carry over month-to-month. A 3-month minimum commitment is required. Membership cancellations must be submitted with 30 days’ notice.

INJURIES
Group classes are not suitable for clients managing injuries. Please email us to arrange a private session customized for your needs.

PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATION
Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If a session is canceled late or missed, the full session fee will be charged. With proper notice, your session credit will be returned to your account.

PARKING
MORNING AND AFTERNOON CLASSES
(6am-3pm)
Free street parking is available off of 7th Place and Santa Fe Ave.
EVENING CLASSES
(5pm-8pm)
*Due to the busy restaurants, there is no parking available off of 7th Place in the evening.

VALET PARKING
Valet parking off of 7th Place is available in the evening from 5pm on. Make sure to inform the valet you are our client.
CONVENIENT PARKING LOTS
There is a paid parking lot off of Violet street (east side) behind Detroit Tacos.
